Jobseekers:  Our On-line Job Application process is the easiest and most flexible method to apply for open Career Opportunities.  If you have applied with us previously, this is your login section, where you enter the user name and password you created.  You can then review and/or update your application and resumes and apply for other open career opportunities.

Current Associates, to be considered for an Internal Transfer Request, you need to have completed your initial review period of 90-days.  It is also important to have a work record, which meets satisfactory performance standards of no corrective actions within the last 6 months.  By moving forward in the application process, you are confirming your 90-day initial review period was successful and/or you have not had any corrective actions within the last 90-days.

TO APPLY FOR AN OPENING. . . All internal candidates – including Hiring Managers – must register and verify themselves as a Current Associate with our automated e-application system.  You’ll only need to “register” one time.  Simply, click on the “register now” button where you will be asked to enter your employee ID and date of birth.  You’ll also establish a password for security purposes.  After registering, please write down your password in a safe place, as you will need it to access the system in the future.

If you have already “registered” yourself, simply login at the Current Associates page.  Your User ID is your 5-digit employee id number and the password is the same as what you created during the registration process.  Current Associates Frequently Asked Questions

Employers (Hiring Manager) This link takes you into your e-application/e-recruit desktop where you can create new requisitions.  All Manager Levels 1-3 are setup to use the e-application/e-recruit system.  To access the system, use the Employer link in the left menu section to access the system and type your network email address.  The default password, for first time users, is SJRMC.  REMEMBER: TO APPLY FOR AN OPENING. . . All internal candidates – including Hiring Managers – must verify their status as a Current Associate (see the above procedures).
